Job Description

-To Manage Company Finance, Documents and Human Resource.

-To develop business system, policies and procedures.

-To ensure that business target, KPI and development is achieved.

-To manage and develop customer management system

-To manage company filing system.

-To manage business purchasing orders.

-To manage company inventory stock.

-To help to manage business social media.

-To create daily, monthly report based on company perfomances.

-To response on enquiries and customer follow up.

-To Follow up business service progression and communicate with operation department.

Job Requirement

-Min Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field.

-posses driving licence.

-Strong Project Management, data management, and training & support skills

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-strong computer skilss , Microsoft office Word, Excell, Power Point.

-Effective time management and Organization skills.

-Can work in a Team.
